The 2007 MC4MD ride began a new era in 2007 with the addition of "THE RIDE for Jerry's Kids" to the title and many other changes to the ride itself. The date of the ride was changed to coincide with the local Labor Day telethon. The ride itself started at the sponsoring dealership, F&S Harley-Davidson. The ride format was changed to a short-mileage, parade-style ride, ending at the Nutter Center at Wright State University. Once at the Nutter Center, the riders were featured LIVE on channel 22 as they ended the ride. Even the bike give-away was changed, with the winner being drawn LIVE during the final hour of the telethon! The 2007 MC4MD committee would like to thank our many sponsors, including F&S Harley-Davidson / Buell, KK Motorcycle Supply, Thread Works Embroidery & Screenprinting, Budweiser and Heidelberg Distributing, Custom Chrome, Drag Specialties, Belmont Catering and Brentlinger's Farm Market! Together, we raised an impressive $24,790.00 for MDA! |
